The Travel Agency INTI PERU TRAVEL, hereby informs the general public of its Terms and Conditions of our Services.

In a mega diverse country with a millenary past INTI PERU TRAVEL.  offers a range of alternatives, with a quality of service and personalized attention providing total customer satisfaction. For this we have the best service providers (hotels, restaurant) committed to social and environmental responsibility.

RESPONSIBILITY: In a mega diverse country, a lot of flexibility and criteria are required in the programs, for changes in services that could be made without prior notice due to circumstances that are beyond our control INTI PERU TRAVEL. Declares that it does not assume any responsibility for causes of force majeure, strikes, adverse weather conditions, earthquakes, political situations, etc. that determine cancellations, changes, delays, etc. The client must pay any expenses caused by this situation. It is also not responsible for loss of belongings, theft or damage to luggage.  INTI PERU TRAVEL- reserves the right to cancel or modify the scheduled itinerary when it considers that it is for a better development of the service and / or for the safety of travelers.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Before starting your trip we recommend that you obtain travel insurance that covers accidents, medical expenses and emergency repatriation, including air rescue or air ambulance. We also recommend that you record cancellations and lost luggage in your insurance. Please send us a scanned copy of your policy to our email.

RISKS: You understand the risks involved in booking any of our excursions or adventure tours (e.g. Nazca lines, buggies, colca trek, Inca Trail, Salkantay trek, Ausangate trek, Choquekirao trek, Inca Jungle, Lares trek etc.) fully assuming the risks involved in making such trips. INTI PERU TRAVEL. does not accept any responsibility with respect to events that may happen during the journey due to the negligence of the tourist or events beyond our control.

PRICES AND RESERVATIONS (DEPOSIT): The prices of the tour are handled according to the season (high or low), quantity (private or group), seasons of the year (summer or winter), and forms of advance reservation (PayPal, Western Union, bank transfer etc.). To secure your reservation it is necessary to pay at least 50% of the total cost of the tour, the rest will be paid at our main office once you arrive in the city of Arequipa. To obtain the discount as a national (Peruvian) university student, you must leave a photocopy and / or send us via email the scanned image of your respective card in force at the time of booking. To obtain the discount as an international university student, you must leave a photocopy and / or send us via email the scanned image of your respective ISIC card in force at the time of booking. The ISIC card (if applicable) must be valid, you will also have to present the identity documents (ID or Passport, ISIC card) before starting the contracted tour and at the time of entering the different tourist attractions (Machupicchu, Sacred Valley, etc.). The commissions for sending the advance of 50% for the reservation and others must be covered by the client and are not included in the costs of our tours. One or two nights before your excursion there will be a preliminary talk (briefing) at your hotel, the time will be confirmed in advance.
Payment of the final balance: We require you to complete the remaining payment at our office and it must be made before starting your tour. Payment must be in cash (US dollars or national currency). We reserve the RIGHT to cancel your trip if you do not make the payment within the established period.

CANCELLATIONS: The deposit sent for the reservation is NON-refundable and non-transferable.
 INTI PERU TRAVEL. If the passenger wishes to make any change of date, he must notify via email or personally at least 48 hours before the scheduled date for his tour (NOT APPLICABLE FOR THE INCA TRAIL TOUR). We can make your modifications as long as there is availability. The passenger will have to cover the additional expenses involved in such changes. If the passenger made the advance payment of 50% for the reservation of the tour and subsequently decides to cancel the tour 30 days before the date reserved INTI PERU TRAVEL. You can only refund 50% of the payment made by the participant. Otherwise, adverse or different INTI PERU TRAVEL. It will not return any monetary amount to the participant thus covering the administrative expenses. If the passenger made full payment for the tour reservation and subsequently decides to cancel the tour less than 30 days before the date reserved INTI PERU TRAVEL. You can return 50% of the payment made.

Return with change of date: If the passenger wishes to stay an extra night without having requested it at the time of booking the tour, we can help you but the passenger will have to cover the penalty costs. Train Tickets: the company PERURAIL, manages the sale of train tickets in their different schedules, we are subject to this modality

In case of wanting to change the train ticket schedule and if there is the possibility either in the same train category or another category, the client agrees to assume the extra charges that this implies.
